I cant vote here in Cebu, but that didnt stop me from experiencing the first automated election. I accompanied Iris to CSAT (Cebu School Of Science and Tech). Left the house at 9am thinking it was just the right time but the traffic near Lahug Elem. School has already build up.
Surprising indeed to see the SSS junction and Gen. Maxilom streets almost empty--no traffic at all.
We passed by Tejero highshool as well but you can barely see the precint anymore as it was all covered with the campaign posters. It was like Sinulog with all the banderits bearing the candidates' names on it.
